It’s "Time to Talk Day" and I want to chat with you about something really close to my heart. This day is a big deal – it's the UK's largest conversation about mental health. It's a day for all of us – families, friends, communities, and workplaces – to come together to chat, listen, and make a real difference in people's lives.
